Refund policy

Returns. Every piece may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Write to us through the Correspondence page with your order number and the word "Return" in the subject; we will send instructions by reply. Once the piece reaches the studio and passes inspection, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges. For a different size or colorway, the fastest route is a return and a fresh order — editions are numbered, and we cannot promise the same number twice.

Faults. If a piece arrives with a fault in print or fabric, send a photograph within 14 days of delivery. We will replace it at our cost, or refund in full — your choice.

Exclusions. Commissioned work is made once, for one client, and is not returnable except for fault.
